  1. Fees: Decorio charges fees for their services. The fees are outlined in a contract signed by the client and Decorio.

  2. Payment: The client agrees to pay the full fee to Decorio, which may be due in installments, upon completion of the project or as specified in the contract.

  3. Cancellation: If the client cancels the project after work has commenced, Decorio may charge a cancellation fee.

  4. Ownership: Decorio retains ownership of any designs or plans created during the project. The client may not use these designs or plans without Decorio’s permission. Decorio may use produced content for Promotional, Marketing and Advertisement purposes.

  5. Liability: Decorio is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the client’s use of the designs or plans or any products or materials specified by Decorio.

  6. Confidentiality: Decorio agrees to keep all client information confidential and not disclose it to third parties without the client’s permission.

  7. Warranty: Decorio provides a warranty for their work for a specified period of time after completion of the project. Any defects or issues arising from the work during this period will be addressed by Decorio.

Modification of Terms:

Decorio reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refunds and Returns terms and conditionsat any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms on our website. It is the responsibility of the client to review the terms regularly to stay informed of any modifications.

By continuing to use our services after the revised terms have been posted, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the updated terms. If you do not agree with any modifications, it is advised to discontinue the use of our services.

Please note that any modifications made to the terms of service will not affect the agreed-upon terms and conditions for ongoing projects that have already been initiated.

  1. Design Consultation Fees: Design consultation fees are non-refundable as they cover the time and expertise of our design team in assessing your project and providing professional advice.
  2. Deposit and Prepayment: Any deposit or prepayment made towards the project is non-refundable after the commencement of work. This covers the costs associated with project planning, design development, and initial procurement of materials.
  3. Custom Orders and Specialized Items: Any custom orders or specialized items purchased on behalf of the client are non-refundable once the order has been placed, as they are specifically tailored or sourced for the project.
  4. Change of Mind: If you change your mind about the project before work has commenced, a partial refund may be provided at our discretion, after deducting any costs incurred in preparation for the project.
  5. Completion of Work: Once the project has been completed and delivered to your satisfaction, refunds will not be provided.

Return Policy:

At Decorio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with any products purchased from us, you may return them subject to the following terms and conditions:

Any depreciation in value due to damage, wear and tear, or missing parts may result in a deduction from the refund amount. This evaluation will be conducted in a fair and transparent manner, taking into account the original purchase condition and any documented damages.
  7. Non-Returnable Items: Please note that certain items are non-returnable despite above conditions, such as custom-made or personalized products, as well as clearance or final sale items. These items will be clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  8. Restocking Fee: In some cases, a restocking fee may apply for returned items. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount and will be communicated to you during the return process.

  3. Notification of Late Payment: Decorio will send a reminder notice to the client regarding the overdue payment before implementing any late payment charges or penalties. This notice will serve as a reminder to settle the outstanding balance promptly.
  4. Waiver of Late Payment Charges: Decorio understands that unforeseen circumstances may sometimes cause payment delays. In such cases, we encourage open communication and request that clients reach out to discuss any potential payment issues. Depending on the circumstances, Decorio may consider waiving or adjusting the late payment charges or penalties.
